Privacy Policy.
What EFUPAL LLC collects for QSOL-VS, why, and how long we keep it. This is a summary stub pending final counsel review.

01Data we collect
Account data (name, email, organization name and slug, billing email), authentication metadata, subscription and invoice records from our payment providers, and operational records of your API usage.
02Entropy requests
We store request metadata — request identifier, source class, byte count, timestamp, and an attestation hash. We do not store the entropy bytes we serve, and we do not store keys derived from them.
03How we use data
To operate the service, enforce plan quotas, produce audit evidence, bill your subscription, respond to support requests, and detect abuse. We do not sell personal data.
04Processors
We use infrastructure and service providers for hosting and database services, payment processing (Stripe and Paddle), and workflow automation. A current subprocessor list is available on request to legal@efupal.ai.
05Retention
Account records are retained while your organization is active. Audit and attestation records are retained according to your plan's retention window, then deleted or aggregated.
06Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. Submit requests from the console settings page or by writing to legal@efupal.ai; we respond within the period required by applicable law.
07Security
Access to tenant data is constrained by row-level security policies scoped to organization membership. Administrative credentials are held server-side only and never shipped to client applications.
