Terms of Service.
These terms govern access to EFUPAL QSOL-VS. This is a summary stub pending final counsel review.

01Agreement
By creating an organization on EFUPAL QSOL-VS you enter into an agreement with EFUPAL LLC, a Montana limited liability company. Where a signed order form or enterprise agreement exists, that document controls.
02Service description
The service provides entropy delivery with attestation records, post-quantum readiness validation, hybrid policy management, and audit evidence. Availability, quotas, and features depend on your plan.
03Acceptable use
You may not resell raw entropy as a competing service, attempt to circumvent quotas, probe other tenants, or use the service where prohibited by applicable export or sanctions law.
04Keys and credentials
API keys are shown once at creation and are your responsibility thereafter. You must rotate keys you believe to be exposed. EFUPAL does not hold your private keys.
05Fees and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe or Paddle. Amounts exclude taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Non-payment may result in suspension of API access.
06No warranty of outcome
Readiness scores, findings, and policy evaluations are informational aids for migration planning. They are not a warranty that a system is secure, compliant, or resistant to any specific attack.
07Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFUPAL LLC's aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
