Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication credentials. When you purchase a plan, our payment processor collects your billing details; we store only a reference to your subscription, never your full card number. When you use the platform, we store the content you create with it: identities you register, proofs you issue or verify, and related operational logs needed to run the service.

We use this data to operate your account, provide the trust infrastructure you signed up for, process payments and subscriptions, prevent abuse, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Data is stored in an encrypted cloud database with row-level access controls, so a record you create is readable only by you. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.

We use a managed cloud database provider for data storage, a payment processor (Stripe) to handle billing, and email delivery services to send transactional messages such as sign-in confirmations and receipts. These providers process data only on our instructions.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account and its records at any time. Subscription and billing records may be retained where required by tax and accounting law.
