Terms of Service

EFUPAL.AI provides trust infrastructure: verifiable post-quantum identities, cryptographic proofs, and automated verification for people, machines and AI agents. The service is offered on a subscription basis under the plans described on our pricing page.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms.

Paid plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for conditions under which refunds are issued.

You agree not to use the service to issue fraudulent identities or proofs, to attack or probe the integrity of the platform, to reverse engineer it beyond what the law permits, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EFUPAL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your subscription ends and your account data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions: legal@efupal.ai.
